People-First Jobs focuses on helping job seekers and companies who care about putting people first. Wildbit launched it back in 2019 and it was well-received by the community. It was initially launched as a static website and manually maintained by the team. We eventually grew out of it and a year later I was tasked with helping convert it into a self service web app.

I worked on the onboarding flow and designs to help streamline the process for companies seeking employees, as well as Wildbit’s internal team. I then tag teamed with one our back-end engineers to build this in Ruby on Rails.
